1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of frontrow.example and any booking you make with FRONTROW Travel GmbH ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
We source official tickets and travel packages for sport and live events from official partners and authorised suppliers. We act as a reseller and travel intermediary; the event itself is delivered by the organiser.
3. Bookings & pricing
- Prices are shown in EUR and are all-inclusive of our service; any service fee is displayed in your order summary before payment.
- A booking is confirmed once payment is received and we send a written confirmation with a booking reference.
- We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order in such cases, with a full refund.
4. Delivery of tickets
Tickets are typically delivered 1–3 days before the event as e-tickets or mobile tickets by email, subject to official partners' release timelines. Delivery close to the event date is normal and does not constitute non-performance.
5. Cancellations & refunds
- Live-event tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
- If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price in accordance with the organiser's policy.
- If an event is postponed, tickets normally remain valid for the new date.
- Travel-package components (hotel, transfers) follow the respective supplier's cancellation terms, disclosed before booking.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking details; you are responsible for entering the correct email for ticket delivery.
- Comply with the venue and organiser rules, including age, ID and conduct requirements.
- Arrange valid travel documents and insurance where relevant.
7. Liability
We are liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence and, in cases of slight negligence, only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected. We are not responsible for the conduct of the event organiser or third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control.
8. Right of withdrawal
For leisure-event and travel services tied to a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal is generally excluded under applicable consumer law. Details are provided before you complete your booking.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country of our registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
