These Terms & Conditions govern your use of frontrow.example and any booking you make with FRONTROW Travel GmbH ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

We source official tickets and travel packages for sport and live events from official partners and authorised suppliers. We act as a reseller and travel intermediary; the event itself is delivered by the organiser.

Tickets are typically delivered 1–3 days before the event as e-tickets or mobile tickets by email, subject to official partners' release timelines. Delivery close to the event date is normal and does not constitute non-performance.

We are liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence and, in cases of slight negligence, only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected. We are not responsible for the conduct of the event organiser or third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control.

8. Right of withdrawal

For leisure-event and travel services tied to a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal is generally excluded under applicable consumer law. Details are provided before you complete your booking.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country of our registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
